Latest Updated 26/07/2024: The first list for admission in government and private B.Ed colleges of the state has been released on Thursday. Admission will be done in B.Ed colleges from Friday.
There are 37 thousand 400 seats in 342 B.Ed colleges of the state. The recognition of one college has expired this year. Enrollment will be done on the same number of seats. For this, the nodal institute Lalit Narayan Mithila University issued instructions. Candidates who have registered in CET-B.Ed 2024 can check the merit list on the website.

Second merit or allotment list will be released by 13th August
Students included in the first merit list can make payment for enrollment till 9 August. Verification of certificates will be done from 26 July to 10 August. As per the first list, enrollment will be done till August 9. The second merit list will be released till 13 August. Nodal officer Ashok Kumar Mehta said that a total of one lakh 16 thousand 872 registrations cum choice filling were done for enrollment in B.Ed.
New session will start from 28th August
After seeing how many seats were enrolled in the second list, the decision of the third list will be taken which will be released on 29 August. Seat can be confirmed by depositing Rs. 3000 from 30 August to 6 September. Admission will be done from 30 August to 7 September. Classes for the new session will begin from August 28. Enrolment process will be carried out as per the pre-determined schedule. It is known that 94.98 percent students have been successful in CET-B.Ed. Out of 208818 candidates, 189568 appeared in the exam, out of which 180050 candidates have been successful.
