upsc pt exam date 2024: it will be held on 16 june @ upsc.gov.in
Latest Updated 12/06/2024: The preliminary examination of the Union Public Service Commission is on 16 June. The admit card has been issued. UPSC has said that entry to the examination venue will be closed 30 minutes before the start of the examination.
- Entry for Paper 1 will be allowed only till 9 am
- For Paper 2, please reach by 2 pm
There will be 2 papers in the preliminary examination. Paper-1 will be from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Entry will be given only till nine o'clock for this.

On the other hand, Paper-2 will be conducted from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Entry will be given only till two o'clock for this. All the candidates have to reach the examination center 30 minutes before the start of the examination. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination venue after the entry is closed. To get entry into the examination hall, admit card (print out) as well as original photo identity card (whose number is recorded in the admit card) must be carried.
