Latest Updated 29/06/2024: Candidates from 20 states and union territories have applied for admission in PG Diploma in Development Management (PGDM) course in Development Management Institute (DMI) for session 2024-26.

Admission in-charge Prof. Sridhar Telidevara said that all the seats have been enrolled. All the candidates included in the merit list have to do the registration process in the campus on 1 July. More than half of the candidates included in the merit list will get scholarship on the basis of the score obtained in the management entrance examination. Most of the students receiving scholarship are from Bihar. There will be a separate counseling session to give the benefit of student credit card to the students. PGDM Coordinator Prof. Gaurav Mishra said that there is a provision of up to 100 percent discount in tuition fees to the students who perform well in the semester examination. This time about one-third of the total enrolled students are girl students.


  • Field work accounts for about one-fourth of the 2-year course duration.
  • Campus placements have been on record since inception in 2014

There is a record of 100 percent campus placement: Director Prof. Debiprasad Mishra said that since its establishment in 2014, DMI's campus placement record has been 100 percent. Due to the high quality of education and excellent placement record, students from other states are also getting attracted. In the two-year course period, about one-third of the time is for field work. Students from different faculties participate in the management course. DMI organizes special classes for coordination between them. In case of discomfort on any topic or point, special classes are conducted for the concerned student.

Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. Applications have also been received from the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
