Latest Updated 07/06/2024: Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) released the schedule of the recruitment examination for 26,001 assistant teachers on Thursday. Under the Jharkhand Primary School Assistant Teacher Joint Examination, the examination for intermediate trained assistant teachers of classes 1 to 5 will be held from 12 June.

The examination for graduate trained assistant teachers of classes 6 to 8 will be held from 23 June. Examination centers will be set up in Ranchi, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Hazaribagh and East Singhbhum.
Separate admit cards will be issued for paper one for the post of intermediate trained assistant teacher, while separate admit cards will be issued for papers two and three. Similarly, separate admit cards will be issued for paper one for graduate trained assistant teacher, while separate admit cards will be issued for papers two, three and four. Candidates will be given admit cards three days before the examination date, while information about the examination center will be available a week before. Candidates will be able to download the admit card from the commission's website.
Let us tell you that till now only the Hindi subject examination was taken for the post of Assistant Teacher. Examinations of other subjects were postponed in view of the Lok Sabha elections.
