Latest Updated 18/06/2024: The National Testing Council (NTA) is not cooperating with the Economic Offences Unit (EOU) which is investigating the alleged NEET UG question paper leak case in Bihar. In view of this, a two-member team of the EOU will go to the NTA headquarters in New Delhi on Tuesday. The EOU team will go to the NTA office and get the original paper (question paper) and match it on the basis of the unique code recovered from the burnt remains of the question paper seized during the investigation in Bihar.

After getting the question paper, the team will come to Patna with a copy of it, so that the investigation can get a decisive direction. It can be found out that from which examination center and when this question paper was leaked. It is worth noting that through a letter and three reminders, the EOU had sought many information including the question paper from the NTA, but on June 13, the NTA sent a mail, in which only information about nine suspects was given. The EOU team is now going to Delhi as the desired answer was not received.
EOU can also go to court
If NTA does not give any information to the EOU team, then the next step will be taken through the court. Question papers and documents related to NTA will be obtained by sending a notice through the court.
