Latest Updated 30/06/2024: The CBI team interrogated 16 accused arrested in the NEET paper leak case by going to Beur jail. The team reached the jail on Saturday morning and interrogated all the accused separately and some jointly. The answers to many questions were also matched by sitting some of the accused face to face. Detailed information was taken from these people about the paper leak and the setters who provided the question paper.
On the other hand, after Oasis School Principal Ehsanul Haq, Vice Principal Imtiaz and Jamaluddin were brought to Patna from Hazaribagh, they were first given medical on Saturday. All three including the principal were arrested by the CBI DIG's team from Hazaribagh. The CBI special court has directed the CBI to present the accused on July 4 after interrogating them. In the NEET paper leak case, the CBI has so far taken seven accused Manish Prakash, Ashutosh Kumar, Chintu and Mukesh on police remand and is interrogating them.
