Bihar Education Project Council (BEP) has also imposed a financial penalty of Rs 50,000 on the concerned agency. It has been instructed to remove the problem in the app by June 28.
BEP has clearly stated in its letter to the agency that the mobile app is not working properly. There is also a problem of location. In many mobiles, the camera is not working even after installing the new version of the app. After the teacher marks his attendance, his attendance is shown as recorded from his ID, but he is shown as absent in the school ID. The app is not opening in many mobiles. The attendance server is also working very slowly. If the technical problems are not resolved by 28, a financial penalty will be imposed on the agency. In another letter to the agency, BEP has said that your representative was called to the office on Wednesday to discuss the problem in marking attendance on the e-Shikshakosh portal, but he did not appear.

BEP has said in a letter written to the concerned agency that the profile data of teachers appointed in the first and second phase by Bihar Public Service Commission has not been registered on the e-Shiksha Kosh portal yet. Due to this, all these teachers are not able to make their online attendance. Upload the profile of these teachers on the portal soon, otherwise a financial penalty of Rs 5 lakh will be imposed against you.
