Latest Updated 11/06/2024: On Monday, fourth semester students of Patna Women's College protested against the college management alleging irregularities in the results.

More than 100 students protested against the management at the entrance of the college with banners and posters in their hands. The students allege that they have been held back by one or two marks in some subjects. Due to this, they will not be promoted to the next semester. Their year will be wasted. On this occasion, Pratibha Mishra of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad was present in support of the students. She said that the students as well as their parents are getting upset with this attitude of the college. The students demand that the results be re-checked and they should be promoted. She told that all these students are pursuing three-year graduation course.

On Monday, the meeting could not be held as the Principal was not present in the college. The Principal will be met and talked to in a day or two.
However, in this regard, the college management says that the students who fail by one, two or three marks are promoted by giving them five grace marks. The college tries to ensure that all the students get promoted and pass out well. The college has sought applications from these students. The college management will take whatever steps are possible in the future.
