Latest Updated 05/05/2024: Syndicate meeting will be held on 11 May at BBMKU Dhanbad headquarters. After receiving instructions from Raj Bhavan to hold syndicate meetings at various points, Vice Chancellor Prof. Pawan Kumar Poddar held a meeting with officials.
It was decided in the meeting that the syndicate meeting would be held on 11 May. In the syndicate meeting, decisions will be taken on extension of affiliation of seven affiliated colleges and new affiliation of two colleges. After taking the decision on extension of recognition of colleges, it will be sent to HRD Ranchi.

After that, enrollment will be taken in four-year undergraduate courses in these colleges in the session 2024-28. In the syndicate meeting, decisions will be taken on compassionate appointment, confirmation of promotion from JPSC, extension to an employee, pay fixation and other points. On the other hand, the university is waiting for the approval from Raj Bhavan to hold a syndicate meeting on the agenda including inter enrollment in affiliated colleges and starting the study of PG Botany and Zoology. On the other hand, PGRCC meeting will be held separately. In this, some PhD students may get relief related to registration.
