Latest Updated 12/05/2024: In the paper leak case of Review Officer-Assistant Review Officer (RO-ARO) recruitment examination, the police has increased the sections of the IPC to tighten the screws on the accused.
Apart from the Examination Act, the police have imposed sections of cheating and fraud in this case. There is a provision for punishment of more than 10 years. STF is busy taking action against them.

RO-ARO examination conducted by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission was on 11th February. After the paper was leaked, the Secretary of the Commission filed a case in the Civil Lines police station. STF arrested Ayush Pandey, Puneet Singh, Naveen Singh, Amit Singh, dismissed constable from UP Police Arun Kumar Singh, school director Saurabh Shukla, Vyapam scam accused Dr. Sharad Kumar Singh, Abhishek Shukla, Kamlesh Kumar Pal, Arpit Vineet Jaswant and Rajiv Nayan Mishra of Meja was arrested and sent to jail.
