Live Updates: All five accused sent to jail in bpsc tre 3.0 paper leak
Latest Updated 29/04/2024: The process of interrogation of all the five main accused arrested from Ujjain in the BPSC teacher recruitment exam paper leak case has been completed. EOU interrogated them for two days and sent all the accused back to jail.
- On the basis of clues found during investigation, raids were conducted at many places including Kankarbagh.

Based on the input received from them, intensive raids have been conducted at more than half a dozen places in Patna including Kankarbagh and surrounding areas in search of some people. At present there is no information about any arrest among them. Their names have also not been disclosed yet. So that there is no disruption in the investigation.
The five main accused include Shiv Kumar alias Dr. Shiv alias Bittu, Sandeep Kumar alias Balli, Pradeep Kumar, Tej Prakash and Soumya Kumari. In this, the important role of Shiv Kumar alias Dr. Shiv, resident of Nagarnausa, Nalanda, has also come to light in the Bihar constable recruitment paper leak scandal and UP constable recruitment paper leak case. Shubham Mandal alias Shivam, resident of Khagaul, Patna, has also been involved in question paper leaks and irregularities in competitive examinations of many important government institutions. He has also been the main associate of Dr. Shiv in the UP constable reinstatement exam paper leak case. Dr. Shiv has been an accused in the question paper leak scandal of NEET exam in 2017. In this case, an FIR has also been registered against him in Patrakar Nagar police station in May 2017. The gang is also connected to other states. It has also leaked papers in competitive examinations there. Such revelations have been made during the interrogation.
