UKSSSC Recruitment 2024: Apply Online for 1827 posts @ sssc.uk.gov.in
Latest Updated 16/03/2024: Before the implementation of the code of conduct for Lok Sabha elections, Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission has started the recruitment process for a total of 1827 posts in various departments. This includes 1544 posts of LT.
Advertisement for these recruitments was released by the Commission on Friday. Online applications for LT teacher under the Secondary Education Department will start from 22 March, the last date of which has been fixed as 12 April. Its written examination can be held in online or offline mode in the month of July.

According to the revised rules, the Commission has made B.Ed mandatory for LT Arts category also. In this, 786 posts are available in Garhwal division and 758 posts in Kumaon. The Commission has also announced to start online application for 200 posts of scaler in Forest Development Corporation from 18 March.
The last date for application has been fixed as 8 April. Apart from this, there is recruitment for 49 posts in the Employment & Home Guard Department.
Higher driving test scores
The Commission has issued advertisement for a total of 34 posts of vacant vehicle drivers under the State Property Department as well as Raj Bhavan and UBTR. For this, the application process will be started from 19 March, which will continue till 9 April. The written examination may be held in June. Commission Chairman GS Martolia said that 75 percent marks have been kept for driving test for drivers. Candidates will have to score minimum 50 percent marks in the driving test.
