Live News Update: Jharkhand High Court (JHC) said Keep digital answers of PGT exam safe
Latest Updated 16/03/2024: Jharkhand High Court, while hearing the petition alleging technical glitches in the PGT examination on Friday, has directed to keep all the digital answer sheets of the examination safe. The court of Justice SK Dwivedi has also directed the government to file its reply in this matter within four weeks. Ajay Kumar Mahatha and others have filed a petition in this regard.

During the hearing, advocate Amritansh Vats, on behalf of the applicants, told the court that JSSC has conducted the PGT exam through a private company. When the answers to this result were released, it was revealed that due to technical glitches, even the correct answers to many questions were being declared wrong. This could be a software problem. Many candidates have been affected due to this. There is a fear that in this case the private company may tamper with the digital answer or delete it. Therefore, instructions should be given to keep it safe.
After this the court has ordered to keep all the digital answers safe.
