Latest Updated 14/03/2024: STF's Meerut unit has arrested an accused from Jind, Haryana in connection with the leaking of UP Police recruitment exam paper.


The accused revealed that the head constable of Delhi Police, an employee of an IT company and a youth who has passed MBBS played a role in leaking the paper. It was also told that the UP Police recruitment exam paper was leaked on February 16 itself and it was taught to more than a thousand candidates in a resort in Manesar. On 5 March, the Meerut unit of STF had arrested six members of the gang who leaked the paper in the UP Police Recruitment Examination 2024. 

During interrogation, the connection of one accused Mahendra, resident of Jind, Haryana, came to light, from whose mobile the paper was sent to the accused. On Tuesday, STF arrested accused Mahendra Sharma from Jind.

The paper of police recruitment examination to be held on 18th February was being taught on 16th February in the resort of Manesar. However, ‘Hindustan’ does not confirm this viral picture.


Assets worth Rs 25 crore of recruitment exam accused identified


STF has started preparations to confiscate the property of the accused who got the police recruitment exam papers out. STF Noida team has identified assets worth more than Rs 25 crore of 20 accused arrested in the case in UP, Haryana and Delhi.


The team has included its details in the Fard & has also prepared a detailed report regarding it and sent it to the headquarters. STF officials claim that the accused have created this property with the money earned through crime. Their arrests have been made from Noida, Jhansi, Mathura, Bareilly and other areas. Along with sending these accused to jail, their properties have also been marked. These accused have made property worth about Rs 25 crore in Baghpat, Aligarh, Barsana, Noida, Delhi and Haryana. Action will be taken to confiscate this property. The investigation by Noida STF has revealed the names of four prominent people related to this case, who played the most important role in getting this paper out. STF teams are raiding various states to arrest the four.
