Latest Updated 15/03/2024: Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday gave appointment letters to the newly selected AYUSH doctors and assistant engineers.
- 2901 AYUSH doctors appointed in health department
- 219 assistant engineers of urban development and housing department were found.
In the Samvad held at the Chief Minister's Secretariat, appointment letters were given to 2901 AYUSH doctors under the Health Department and 219 Assistant Engineers under the Urban Development and Housing Department.
The Chief Minister inaugurated the newly selected AYUSH doctors Anita Kumari, Afsana Begum, Yashwant Kumar, Shweta Ranjan, Harishankar Choubey, Dr. Bharti Kumari, Uday Kumar Mishra, Babita Kumari, Sangeeta Kumari, Praveen Kumar, Smritashree, Abdul Kalam, Bushra Hayat and Rahat Jahan and Asst. Symbolic appointment letters were given to Engineers Neeraj Kumar, Amit Kumar, Nivedita Bharti, Sangeeta Rani Sinha and Vikas Kumar Gupta. On this occasion, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Deepak Kumar, Chief Secretary Brajesh Mehrotra, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Dr. S. Siddharth, Principal Secretary of Urban Development Department Anand Kishore etc. were present.

Apart from Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha also symbolically gave appointment letters to the newly selected AYUSH doctors and assistant engineers. Before this, Additional Chief Secretary of Health Department Pratyaya Amrit welcomed the CM by presenting him a sapling.
