Deputy Principal Examiner will be responsible if wrong marks are obtained by UBSE Uttarakhand Board latest news update 2024
Latest Updated 27/03/2024: The evaluation of high school and intermediate examinations of Uttarakhand Board will start from Wednesday. The Education Department has put 3574 teachers on duty to check 11 lakh 38 thousand 260 (1138260) answer sheets.
Chairman of the School Education Council, Mahavir Singh Bisht has given strict instructions to the teachers posted on evaluation duty to be extra cautious. He said that if there is any negligence in giving marks to any student then the Deputy Principal Examiner will be responsible for it.

Bisht said that the answer sheet will be evaluated according to stepping pattern. If a student has any wrong answer then he/she will not get zero. Marks will be provide to the level to which the answer is given correctly. There will be a ban on mobile use & mutual conversation during the evaluation of the teachers. Due to this distraction, there is a possibility of mistake in checking the answer sheet or in awarding marks in the main paper. According to Bisht, the evaluation will continue till 10 April. This year, the target has been set to release the first result before 30 April.
