Latest Updated 08/03/2024: There will be regular recruitment on more than 2600 posts in power companies. Bihar State Power Holding Company has released the advertisement for recruitment to technical and non-technical posts in Power Holding and its associate companies.
Of these, Technician Grade Three will be reinstated on 2000 posts, Junior Accounts Clerk on 300 posts, Correspondence Clerk on 150 posts, Store Assistant on 80 posts and Assistant and Junior Engineers on 40 posts each. Online applications for these posts will be taken from 1 April 1 to 30 April 2024.

The company has said that for reinstatement on Technician Grade Three posts, it will be mandatory to pass matriculation and its equivalent examination. Along with this, one should also have two years ITI certificate in Electrician trade from an institute recognized by NCVT or SCVT. For Junior Accounts Clerk, it is mandatory to have graduation in commerce from a recognized university, for Correspondence Clerk and Store Assistant, only graduation and for Junior Electrical Engineer, it is mandatory to pass three years full time electrical diploma course from AICTE approved college or institute.
Their selection will be on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT). At the same time, for Assistant Executive Engineer, four years full time degree of BE, B.Tech and B.Sc Engineering in Electrical has been made mandatory. The basis of their selection will be GATE score.
