Latest Updated 22/02/2024: The round of entrance examinations of Jharkhand Joint Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has started. From Wednesday, online application for Polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination for admission in government and private polytechnic institutions started.
The minimum age for Mining Engineering should be 17 years by 1 July 2024. There is no maximum and minimum age limit for other branches. Students appearing in matriculation examination in the academic year-2024 can also apply online. The last date for online application is 21 March. The entrance exam will be held on 7 April from 10.30 am to 1 pm. Various educational institutions of Dhanbad, Bokaro, Ranchi, Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur, Dumka, Chaibasa and Palamu will be made examination centres.

Polytechnic Lateral Entry Application from today
Online application for engineering and polytechnic lateral entry will start from Thursday. Last date is 22 March. Both the entrance exams will be held on 14 April. The entrance exam will be held in the center of Ranchi. JCECEB has issued notice.
