Increase in the number of people registering 75% attendance in the schools by Education Department of Bihar latest news update 2024
Latest Updated 26/02/2024: Due to the inspection of schools by the Education Department, the attendance rate of students in schools has increased. An increase of 75 percent attendance rate has been recorded among children studying in government schools of the district.

In 70 primary, secondary and high schools of the district, students have started registering 50 to 75 attendance. Inspection work in schools was started in July 2023. According to the inspection report of July 1, the attendance of children in 34.19 percent schools was more than 60 percent and less than 75 percent. According to the inspection report of January 3, 2024, the number of schools with more than 60 percent attendance of children was 67.60 percent. Attendance has doubled in about seven months. Inspection was conducted in 75 thousand 309 schools of the district in February.
