Approval on the recruitment of 18 teachers in the Lucknow University latest news update 2024
Latest Updated 25/02/2024: Executive Council (EC) meeting was organized in LU. In this, approval was given for the appointment of 18 regular and contract teachers. The promotion of Dr. OP Shukla working in the Department of Defense Studies has been approved.
The Executive Council meeting was held on Saturday under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor Professor Alok Kumar Rai in the Manthan Auditorium of Lucknow University. In this, approval was given to appoint five teachers on the post of Assistant Professor (Contract) in the Commerce Department and a total of 12 teachers on the post of Assistant Professor (Regular) in the Law Faculty.

Similarly, a total of one appointment to the regular post of Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Economics has also been approved.
Dr. OP Shukla, Assistant Professor working in the Department of Defense Studies of LU, was approved for promotion to the post of Associate Professor under the Career Advancement Scheme.
