Live News Update 2024: Allahabad High Court says No interference on the UP Assistant Teacher Recruitment Result
Latest Updated 16/02/2024: Allahabad High Court, after examining the declared result of Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2021, has refused to interfere in the matter of canceling the old result by declaring the revised result. The court has refused to interfere in the petitions challenging the order of the Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority.
The court said that fairness of competitive examination also includes following the guidelines. If the instructions were not followed and the computer did not check the OMR sheet on the basis of subject shifting, then it is not a legal mistake. Justice Saurabh Shyam Shamsheri gave this order while rejecting the petitions of 177 candidates.
Assistant teachers were recruited under the government order of 2021. All the petitioners were declared successful but later a revised result was declared. In which the petitioners were not included. This was challenged.

Prayagraj. Allahabad High Court has sought information from the Basic Education Council regarding non-compliance of the order of issuing advertisement and conducting counseling for the remaining 12091 posts of 72825 assistant teacher recruitment.
