Live News Update: 45 doctors will be recruited for Health and Wellness Center in UP
Latest Updated 28/02/2024: On the lines of mohalla clinics, government doctors will be recruited for the health and wellness centers opened in the city. With this, the health department will not face shortage of doctors in opening new centres. Walk-in interviews will be held on 2 March for the recruitment of doctors in hospitals under CMO. This time 45 doctors are to be recruited simultaneously.

The effort to open a health and wellness center was started to provide better treatment to the people in the streets. More than 100 centers are to be opened in Lucknow. 75 Health and Wellness Centers are operating. The process of opening the remaining centers is going on. There are 52 health post centers under CMO. MBBS doctors are to be deployed in these centres. For this, walk-in interviews will be held on March 1 for the recruitment of 45 doctors. CMO Dr. Manoj Aggarwal said that last time 82 posts of MBBS doctors were removed. 32 doctors were selected in the interview.
