4 solvers of Bihar arrested in UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam latest news update 2024

Latest Updated 19/02/2024: The crackdown continued on Sunday, the second and last day of the written examination conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board for recruitment to 60244 posts of constable. On Sunday, 50 people were arrested for trying to crack the exam. Of these, four are from Bihar.


  • The arrested youth included residents of Patna, Nalanda, Munger and Purnia

Saurabh Sharma, son of Umesh Kumar, resident of Haveli Kharagpur village, Khaira police station, Munger district of Bihar, was caught while appearing for the exam in the second place in Satyavrat Sharma Janak Dulari Inter College, Bhujaini in Sant Kabir Nagar. A solver was caught in Siddharth College, Birdpur in the first shift in Siddharthnagar district. He was identified as Chandan son of Dharamdev Yadav, resident of Laduganj village of Janakinagar police station area of Purnia. He was appearing for the examination in place of a candidate from Deoria district.
