Latest Updated 26/02/2024: Yogi government has taken major action in the alleged question paper leak case in police recruitment examination. On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, police and STF conducted raids in various districts of the state and arrested 391 accused. The police have registered a case against them under serious sections & sent them to jail. Along with this, a large no. of suspects are being interrogated.

  • Along with the state, the accused from Haryana, Delhi and Bihar were arrested:
  • Mobile phones, electronic devices and encrypted documents were found along with cash

Police and STF have conducted raids in various districts and arrested 391 accused. During the operation, a large amount of forged documents (Aadhaar card, admit card), fingerprint paper, passbook, checkbook, stamp, ink pad, silicone strip and cash were recovered from the accused. Along with this, mobile phone, fake answer key, copy slip, original mark sheet, Bluetooth, walkie talkie,  electronic device etc. have been recovered. In the police action, accused from Haryana, Bihar & Delhi along with Uttar Pradesh have been caught.

Bulldozer action may also be taken against the accused

Major action will soon be taken in case of paper leak of constable recruitment examination conducted by Police Recruitment Board. After the strict messages of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, investigation in this matter has intensified at many levels. Under zero tolerance, police can also take bulldozer action against the accused.

On Saturday night, the accused named Neeraj Yadav was arrested, who had sent the answers to the questions asked in the examination on WhatsApp to Satya Aman Kumar, an examinee arrested from Modern Academy School, Krishna Nagar in Lucknow.
