Latest Updated 15/02/2024: The exercise of educational reforms has started in Aryabhatta Knowledge University. In this sequence, the university is preparing to activate the placement cell in various centers and schools. On the other hand, three new courses at UG level will be started.
University sources said that courses in Law, Library Science and Food and Nutrition will start. There is an effort to start studies from this session itself. Related procedure will be followed for this. The process of preparing curriculum related to these subjects will start soon. Attempt to correct bad perception
Despite repeatedly extending the date of enrollment in the centers being operated, sufficient number of applications are not received. In fact, there are reports of shortage of teachers among students and departments not being fully functional. Because of this, most students do not apply. Now the university administration is trying to improve this perception so that the arrangements of physical centers and schools can be improved.
Exams are pending
Students are upset due to pending examinations of semester three and semester five of many courses. To ensure that the session of the students is not delayed, studies for the next semester have been started but the examinations are awaited. This is a problem especially for those who are currently studying in their last semester.
Guest teacher will take command till regular appointment
It may take six to eight months for regular appointments in Aryabhatta Knowledge University. Therefore, the university administration has decided to appoint guest teachers to make the schools and centers fully functional. With this, students' education will not be disrupted due to shortage of teachers. Academic advisory committees have already been constituted to improve the quality of studies in Journalism and Mass Communication, School of Economics, Center for River Studies, Center for Geographical Studies and Nanotechnology.
