Latest Updated 02/01/2024: Students who have passed graduation with one paper in Generic from the degree colleges of BBMKU, Dhanbad-Bokaro from the session 2016-19 to 19-22 will have to appear in a special examination of one additional paper in Generic. . BBMKU will conduct special examination for generic paper.
These students will have to appear for four semester examinations of second generic paper. In this regard, the examination form will be filled online from 3 January. Last date is 20th January. The examination department of BBMKU has issued a notification in this regard. Importantly, before the special examination of generic paper of all four semesters, passed out students will also have to appear for internal examination in the respective colleges. Students have been asked to contact their respective colleges for internal exams. Passed out students are in tension due to this order of the university. A large number of passed out students are outside Dhanbad.

One will have to come to Dhanbad again and again to appear in the examination. Controller of Examinations Dr. Suman Kumar Varnwal says that from session 16-19 to 19-22, generic examination of the same subject was taken for the candidates of BA Core and BSc Core from Semester 1 to Semester 4. Such students will have to appear for an additional GE examination from semester one to semester four. Interested candidates will appear in this examination.
If form is not filled by 20th then late fee from 21st
There will be no change in the mark sheet and original certificate of semester four. Only the subject studied in the concerned college and affiliated to the government will be the additional subject of GE for the students. The examination fee for all four semesters is Rs 250. Students who do not fill the form by January 20 will have to pay additional late fee of Rs 100 per day from 21 January. Detailed instructions have been issued by the examination department on the university website.
