Latest Updated 10/01/2024: If everything goes well in the coming time, there will be gardeners, night guards and gardeners in the schools of excellence included in the ambitious scheme of the state government. Restoration on these posts will be done by the outsourcing. The appointment of orderlies, night guards and gardeners on outsourcing basis will be done by the selected agency through JAM portal. Jharkhand Education Project Dhanbad has released a notice related to e-bid in this regard on GeM portal.

Experts say that the technical bid will open on 13 January. Project Office Dhanbad has sought rate contract and other information through GeM portal. In Dhanbad, 3 government schools, Plus Two District School, SSLNT Girls Plus Two School & Kasturba Gandhi Residential Girls School, Dhanbad, have been made excellent schools. After getting recognition from CBSE Board, now other facilities are also being provided to these schools. On the other hand, the process of reinstatement on 12 posts including teachers & cooks in Netaji Sushaschandra Bose Residential School has been expedited.
