Latest Updated 08/12/2023: The high school and intermediate examinations of UP Board 2024 will be held simultaneously starting from 22 February and ending on 9 March. Board Secretary Dibyakant Shukla announced the examination schedule on Thursday. With this, the wait for the timetable of 29,47,324 high school and 25,60,882 intermediate students is over and preparations for the examination have started. The special thing is that the board examinations will be completed in just 12 working days.

In the year 2023, high school examinations were held in 12 working days but intermediate papers were held for 14 days. In this context, Inter candidates will get a little less time in the 2024 board exams.
This time, the Board has made preparations to create 889 less centers to conduct the examination without cheating and in a fair manner. 7864 centers are proposed for 2024. However, the final list has not been released yet and there may be slight changes in the number of centres. Last year the examination was held at 8753 centres.
Not only this, last year 540 government school centers were made and in 2024, 1017 government schools are being made centres. Reduction in funding centers and reduction in examination centers will make their monitoring easier and the cheating mafia will not be able to succeed in their plans.
