Breaking News: Gangster Act on 18 accused in Mahadev App case by Noida Police
Latest Updated 12/11/2023: Noida Police has taken action under the Gangster Act against 18 accused who cheated crores of rupees through Mahadev Betting App. This action was taken on the instructions of Police Commissioner Lakshmi Singh.
Additional DCP Shakti Mohan said that among the accused against whom action was taken under Gangster Act, Tarun, the kingpin of the app in Noida, is included. The movable and immovable properties of all the accused will be confiscated. Mahadev betting app came into limelight after the action of Enforcement Directorate. A fraud racket was also run through this app from Noida. On February 7 this year, the police had busted a racket in Sector-108 and arrested 16 accused.
