Apply for exemption from stamp duty in UP latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 12/11/2023: Investors in UP will now have to apply to Invest UP to get exemption in stamp duty. Till now investors had to make this application in the Industrial Development Department.
In this regard, Industrial Development Commissioner Manoj Kumar Singh has written a letter to the Inspector General of Stamp and Registrar Department and all the District Magistrates. Now investors will get the necessary eligibility certificate to get the rebate from Invest UP. For this they will have to apply to Invest UP.
