Breaking News: Five lakh damages on Union Bank by UPSCDRC
Latest Updated 04/11/2023: Uttar Pradesh Consumer Disputes and Redressal Commission, while upholding a decision of the District Consumer Forum of Ghaziabad, has imposed a compensation of Rs 5 lakh on the Model Town branch of Union Bank, Ghaziabad.

The complainant couple had taken a home loan from Union Bank. While taking the loan, the complainant had deposited the title deed of his house as security. When the complainant repaid the loan taken by the bank and asked for his title deed back, the bank management did not return the title deed to him.
