BPSC released the Exam Schedule
Latest Updated 24/11/2023: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) released the examination schedule for the second phase of teacher appointment on Thursday. The second phase examination will start from December 7. The examination will be held on 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15 and 16 December from 12 noon to 2:30 pm in various districts of the state. This time the Commission has decided to conduct the examination in one shift. For the first phase of teacher recruitment, examination was conducted in several phases at different levels.
The remaining posts in the first phase will also be included in this. 122286 posts of teachers will be filled in the second phase of recruitment. In this, BPSC has already issued advertisement for reinstatement on the posts of 69706 teachers under the Education Department and a total of 916 teachers under the Backward Class and Most Backward Class Welfare Department. Along with this, 50263 teacher appointments are to be left in the first phase and a total of 1401 posts are to be restored under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department. Along with this, BPSC Chairman Atul Prasad informed on Thursday that this time the method of filling OMR seats will be changed.

8 December Hindi, English, Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Sanskrit, Urdu, Arabic, Persian, Bengali, Fine Arts, Dance, Physical Education, Maithili, Music and Computer (under Education Department for classes 9th to 10th, Backward Class and Extremely Under the Backward Class Welfare Department, classes 9th to 10th (except music, arts subjects) and under the Scheduled Castes and Tribes Welfare Department, classes 6th to 10th (except music, arts subjects)
7 December Music, Arts (for classes 9 to 10 under Backward Class and Most Backward Class Welfare Department and classes 6 to 10 under Scheduled Caste and Tribe Welfare Department)
9 December Mathematics and Science, Social Science (subject language Hindi and English from class 6th to 8th under Education Department) and class 6th to 8th under Backward Class and Most Backward Class Welfare Department.
Second Phase
10 December English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu (6th to 8th under Education Department)
14 December for the post of Principal under Backward and Most Backward Class Welfare Department, Scheduled Caste-Tribe Welfare.
15 December 1st to 5th all subjects (General, Urdu, Bengali) Education and Scheduled Caste and Tribe Welfare Department
16 December, Class 11th to 12th all subjects (Education Department, Backward Class and Most Backward Class Welfare Department and Scheduled Caste and Tribe Welfare Department)
