Exam of 10 cheating students canceled in the Lucknow University (LU) latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 21/11/2023: The entire examination of 10 students caught cheating in the Even Semester Examination-2023 of Lucknow University was cancelled. While five students have been acquitted of charges.
LU's flying squad had caught dozens of students of undergraduate-masters level courses from different centers cheating during even semester examinations. Who were given a chance to present their explanation. All the students also presented their side before the committee formed by the registrar. After which the committee submitted its report to the examination department. On Monday, a notice was issued by the Controller of Examinations to cancel the entire examination of 10 students.

- All these students are from MA, MSc, BCA, B.Ed and M.Ed.
- Students were caught cheating in even semester examination-2023
This includes students of second and fourth semester of MA Political Science, Hindi, Home Science, BCA, B.Ed, M.Ed, M.Sc Mathematics, Zoology, Botany. A notice has also been issued acquitting five students of M.Com and B.Sc. Agriculture. Spokesperson Dr. Durgesh Srivastava said that the list can be seen in the examination notice by going to the examination column on the official website of LU.
According to the information, mid semester examinations of MBA Finance and Accounting of Commerce Department in LU will start from 28th to 30th November.
