Latest Updated 18/11/2023: Applications for recruitment of 126 contractual teachers have started in Lucknow University. The application fee for unreserved, OBC & EWS applicants has been fixed at 1500 rupees & for SC-ST category at 1200 rupees. Candidates will be able to apply through the official website of LU till 7 December.
Advertisement has been issued for the appointment of teachers in Arts, Commerce, Science, Yoga and Engineering faculty in LU. Applications have been invited for appointment to 126 contractual posts of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor.

Applications are also available for 84 posts of Assistant Professor. This includes 84 posts of Assistant Professor, 29 of Assistant Professor and 13 of Professor. Out of 84 posts of Assistant Professor, there are 24 unreserved, 24 OBC, 25 SC, 02 ST and 09 EWS posts. Out of 29 posts of Associate Professor, 10 are for unreserved, 09 for OBC, 07 for SC, 00 for ST and 03 for EWS. According to the information, out of 13 posts of Acharya, 05 have been reserved for unreserved, 04 for OBC, 03 for SC and one post for EWS.

Applications have also been invited for the post of Director on contract in the self-financed Faculty of Engineering and Technology and Institute of Management Sciences (IMS) in LU. In both, advertisement has been issued for the post of Director in unreserved category.
