Live News Update: Applicants get entangled with agency's issues in the Jharkhand NHM Recruitment 2023
Latest Updated 19/11/2023: The process of contract based appointment on 1219 posts is going on in National Health Mission (NHM), Jharkhand. After inviting applications through Zap IT, the responsibility of completing the recruitment process was given to JSR Agency. But the haste and frequent mistakes in the recruitment process have left the applicants confused.
Actually, written examination was taken for appointment on 14th November. The problem of the applicants is that while negative marking was mentioned in the advertisement, admit card as well as in the OMR sheet, when the applicants got the question paper in the examination hall, there was no negative marking mentioned in it. Whereas in the admit card, 4 marks were prescribed for each question of the main subject, whereas, 01 mark was written in the question paper. Not only this, in the written examination of 150 marks, 50 marks were of current affairs, but in the same question paper of almost all categories, all the questions were of general knowledge, nothing was of current affairs.

It is also surprising that the agency did not differentiate between the categories of studies in the written examination. The syllabus for Dental Surgeon who studied BDS for five years and MDS for three years, Dental Hygienist who studied for two years and Dental Assistant who studied for a few months course was the same. The exam question papers were also similar. The extent is that provision for objection on questions has been made after the examination, but where the application fee for appointment was Rs 500, a fee for objection was fixed at Rs 500 per question.
Applications were invited for this appointment till September 5. The list of shortlisted candidates was released on November 2. After that, the exam syllabus was released on November 4, but due to some irregularities in the applications, taking objections, the final list of applicants was released on November 9. Besides, the exam date was also released, but it was given three months in advance. After which the corrigendum was issued on 10th November and the examination was taken on 14th November. Now even after taking the exam, various types of mistakes are coming to the fore.
