Preparation to increase the quota of Agniveers to 50% latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 25/09/2023: The Defense Ministry is seriously considering increasing the permanent percentage of Agniveers to 50. Highly placed sources have given this information.
The Agniveer scheme, implemented last year, has a provision to make 25 soldiers permanent after 4 years after a trial process, while 75 will be separated from the service with a fixed amount.
