Flood affected family in Bihar will get 7000 rupees latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 01/09/2023: The government has increased the amount of assistance given to flood affected families. Now seven thousand rupees assistance will be given per family, earlier this amount was six thousand rupees.
Along with this, the victims living in flood relief camps will also get Rs 1,000 instead of Rs 600 for clothes and steel utensils. The Disaster Management Department has issued an order in this regard. This assistance amount has been fixed for the period till the financial year 2025-26. Recently, it was approved in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
