CBSE: TC will not be available in 10th, admission will be done directly in 11th latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 10/08/2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will no longer issue 10th TC (Transfer Certificate). There will be direct admission in 11th. This system will be started under the new education policy. This will be applicable in all schools from the new session of 2024.
If students change schools after passing 10th, then they will not need TC to take admission in 11th. Admission will be done on the basis of 10th mark sheet and certificate only. On the other hand, according to CBSE, till now schools used to take tests every two or three months and prepare their progress reports. Now there will be a change in this. Parent-teacher meeting will now be held every month. In this, the weekly progress report of the children will be shared with the class teacher of the school to the parents.
