8 police service officers including IPS transferred by the government of Bihar latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 07/08/2023: The state government has transferred three Indian Police Service (IPS) officers and five Bihar Police Service officers. The Home Department issued its notification on Sunday. Accordingly, Deepak Baranwal has been removed from the Special Branch and posted as Superintendent of Police, State Crime Records Bureau.
Meanwhile, Sudhir Porika, who was awaiting posting after being freed from suspension in the illegal sand mining case, has been given the new responsibility of Superintendent of Police (A) in Special Branch, Bihar. While SDPO, Paliganj Awadhesh Dixit has been posted as Assistant Superintendent of Police, City, Muzaffarpur.
On the other hand, Bihar Police Service officer Manoj Pandey has been transferred from the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police (East) of Muzaffarpur and posted as Deputy Superintendent of Police in BIVISPU (Bihar Special Armed Police)-12 Bhim Nagar, Supaul. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, Nagar Raghav Dayal Bivispu- 11 Deputy Superintendent of Police, SDRF, Jamui Deputy Superintendent of Police, SDRF, Bihar Deputy Superintendent of Police (East), Muzaffarpur, Economic Offenses Unit, Bihar Deputy Superintendent of Police Pritam Kumar, ADPO, Paliganj and Special Aman Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Task Force, STF has been posted as Deputy Superintendent of Police, SDRF, Bihar.
