Salary hike for backdoor recruiters in Cooperative Bank of UK Uttarakhand latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 03/07/2023: There is a preparation to increase the salary of the employees recruited from backdoor in the State Cooperative Bank. For this, a resolution has been passed in the board meeting of the bank.
The board meeting of State Cooperative Bank was held in Haldwani last week. In the meeting, a proposal was made to give salary at par with regular workers to the outsourced workers who have completed three years of service. This proposal was approved unanimously. It may be known that earlier the salary used to increase directly after the proposal was passed by the board. But this time the proposal approved by the board will be sent to the Registrar Cooperative for approval. Sahakari Bank's MD Neeraj Belwal confirmed the acceptance of the proposal. However, the registrar's office is not even aware of this process.
The order to evacuate the backdoor was not accepted Cooperative Registrar Alok Pandey had earlier given orders to evict the backdoor employees in District Cooperative Bank, State Cooperative Bank and Cooperative Societies. Dehradun and Pithoragarh DCB have already taken action against such employees. On the other hand, the proposal to increase the salary of such employees was passed by the State Cooperative Bank.
Even the old employees did not get approval The State Cooperative Bank had sent a proposal to the Registrar Cooperative regarding the backdoor employees hired between 2011 and 2021. Even after more than one and a half years, the registrar did not give the approval.
No approval of any kind has been given to the State Cooperative Bank by the Registrar's Office in the past. Right now there is no information about increasing the salary of the employees again and seeking its approval from the registrar's office. Some decision will be taken only after examining the proposal when it comes.
