Latest Updated 21/07/2023: Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has released the vacancy for the appointment of Assistant Professors (Teachers).
The application for Jharkhand Trained Primary Teacher Combined Competitive Examination 2023 will start from 8 August. The exam fee is Rs 100. Out of a total of 26 thousand vacancies for the state, 1105 assistant professors will be appointed for Dhanbad. There are 56 posts in women quota and 22 posts in sports quota.

Out of 1105 posts, there are 517 posts for classes I to V and 588 posts for classes VI to VIII. In class six, there are 196-196 posts in language, science and social science. Under the new Assistant Professor Cadre Rules 2023, 50 percent of the total posts have been reserved for assistant teachers (para teachers). Let us inform that there are 2128 posts of Assistant Professors in Dhanbad. After 1105 Assistant Professors, the remaining posts will be appointed later. There are 14 posts in sports quota and 56 posts in women quota.
