Doctors of non-academic cadre of Jharkhand will also be transferred latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 10/07/2023: The Health Department has decided to transfer doctors/dentists posted in the same district for more than nine years. Under this, non-academic cadre doctors working in RIMS, Ranchi, MGMCH, Jamshedpur, SNMMCH, Dhanbad and Rinpas, Ranchi will also be transferred. Jai Kishore Prasad, Additional Secretary, Health Department, has sent a letter to RIMS, MGMCH, SNMMCH and Rinpas management for this.
From the Management they have sought a complete list with service history of Specialist Doctors/Physicians/Dentists from the non-academic cadre of Jharkhand Health Service working in the Institute for more than nine years. Along with this, instructions have also been given to make available the option for posting in the prescribed form.
Action will be taken if any doctor is left out, the Additional Secretary has clearly said that in order to provide the report of the doctors working for more than nine years, a certificate will also have to be given. In which it will have to be mentioned that in the light of the said instruction, no doctor who fulfills the qualification has been left out. Later, if the department comes to know that the doctors have been left out in the response, then action will be taken considering them responsible for it. On July 1, the health department had asked all the civil surgeons for transfer of non-academic cadre doctors of Jharkhand Health Service with complete details. In it, setting the eligibility for transfer, it was said that those doctors who have been posted in the same district for more than nine years, who have been working in the same establishment for more than three years, will be transferred. The health department has now amended it saying that all doctors posted in the same district for more than nine years will be transferred. For this, it has been said that the list of doctors who have not been included in the list made available as per the earlier instructions, should be made available in the prescribed form.
Option sought for five places for posting
The health department has sought five options for the transfer of doctors. In which the current district of posting is not to be given the option of any hospital or health center. The Additional Secretary has said that to get the option, the vacancy details of Sadar Hospital, Sub-Divisional Hospital, Community Health Center, Primary Health Center and all other health centers of all the districts are available at www. jharkhand. gov. in/ health.
