Breaking News: IAS Officer Pooja Singhal's Custody extended by ED Court
Latest Updated 18/07/2023: The ED court has extended the judicial custody period of four including suspended IAS officer Pooja Singhal, who is undergoing treatment at RIMS. In the case, except Pooja Singhal, other accused Suman Kumar, Engineer Shashi Prakash and Ram Binod Prasad Sinha appeared in the court through video conferencing from the jail. The court has fixed 26 July as the date of next appearance.
Hearing on Prakash's petition On 18th High Court Justice Navneet Kumar's court heard on the petition of Prakash Chandra Yadav, accused of illegal mining in Sahibganj. Counter affidavit has been filed on the behalf of State Govt. The applicant sought time from the court to file his reply to his reply. The court has fixed the next hearing of the case on 18.
