Breaking News: Approval of 8.15% interest on EPF
Latest Updated 25/07/2023: Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) members will get 8.15 percent interest on deposits for the financial year 2022-23. In an order issued on Monday, the EPFO has asked the regional offices to deposit the interest at the prescribed rate in the accounts of the members.
EPFO had reduced the interest rate to 8.10 percent for 2021-22 in March 2022. This was the lowest interest rate since 1977-78 then the EPF interest rate was eight percent.
