289 teachers found missing again in inspection of schools by Bihar Education Department latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 09/07/2023: During the inspection of schools, a large number of teachers were again found missing. 18376 schools were inspected on Saturday. Of these, 296 people including 289 teachers were found absent. As per the instructions of the Education Department, one day's salary will be deducted for these absent teachers and personnel.

Earlier on July 3, 588, on July 2, 499, on July 4, 359, on July 5, 358, on July 6, the salaries of 292 absentee teachers were deducted. In this way, the salary of 2385 teachers found missing in the inspection was deducted. In the course of inspection, absenteeism of children was also found to be less in a large number of schools. 3688 schools had less than 50 percent attendance of students. Whereas, 50 to 75 percent children came in 12334 schools. However, there were 2354 schools where more than 75 percent students were found.
According to the report released on Saturday by the Education Department, 99581 schools were inspected. There are many schools in this which have been inspected twice, hence this number is so much.
