Water crisis in Indra Gandhi and Preet Vihar of Niranjanpur Dehradun latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 03/06/2023: Thousands of people in Indira Gandhi Marg, Brahmanwala, Rochi Pura, Rajeev Juyal Marg, Kashmiri Colony, Dashmeshpuri, Preet Vihar, Ashoka Enclave have faced drinking water crisis due to a fault in the tube well of Jal Sansthan in Niranjanpur ITI campus. People are somehow surviving by arranging private tankers. Two days back in Niranjanpur ITI, the motor of the tubewell was replaced by Jal Sansthan when it broke down.
There was no improvement in the discharge of the tubewell even after the motor was repaired and reinstalled. EE Deepak Nautiyal of Drinking Water Corporation Store branch sent his double AE Amar Singh to find out the reasons.
