Ravi on remand in UP Scholarship Scam latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 07/06/2023: In the scholarship scam, the court has granted remand for two days from June 7 to Ravi Prakash Gupta, employee and mastermind of Hygia College of Pharmacy. After taking his remand in the case registered here on Tuesday, the Hazratganj police had asked for police custody remand for seven days. Ramand will remain from 10 am on 7 June to the morning of 9 June.
Ravi Prakash was arrested by the ED in its case. Later, on 30 March, SSI Dayashankar Dwivedi lodged an FIR against Ravi at Hazratganj police station. During the hearing on Tuesday, first his remand was taken in this case, then the police took custody remand. Police claim that Ravi Prakash has many information in this scam. He knows how many people were fully involved in this.
