Breaking News: Model rape accused Tanveer Akhtar Khan arrested from Araria Bihar
Latest Updated 15/06/2023: Ranchi Police has arrested the absconding Yash Model's director Tanveer Akhtar Khan in the case of raping the model and forcing her to convert forcibly. It is being told that the arrest has been made from Araria. Police is bringing him to Ranchi on transit remand.
The victim had lodged a case against Tanveer at Gonda police station on 30 May. In this, the victim had alleged that Tanveer had raped her. After this there was pressure to change religion. On refusal, he started torturing her. Going to Mumbai, he threatened the victim that he would torture her until she converted to marriage. After this, the victim lodged a complaint in Warsova. After zero FIR, the application was sent to Gonda police station.
