Successful candidates in the main examination were to be interviewed from 24 July

Senior Judge Justice Manoj Kumar Tiwari's single bench heard the petition of Vinod Singh Jina of Nainital. It has been said in the petition that in August 2021, a release was issued by the Uttarakhand State Public Service Commission for the posts of Lower PCS. After the declaration of the result, the successful candidates in the main examination were to be interviewed from 24 July. Meanwhile, six posts of Divyang reservation quota were returned to the state government by the commission.
