Latest Updated 04/06/2023: Vaibhav Yadav alias Chhotu alias Rahul Singh of the Aman Singh gang was involved in the murder of BJP leader Shailesh Patel on May 8 last month in Vapi taluka of Valsad, Gujarat. Vaibhav, a resident of Azamgarh Khairpur Bageshwar Nagar, along with Dinesh Kumar Gaur and Ajay Yadav, residents of Azamgarh Civil Line Roadways, had executed this massacre. Shailesh's enmity was going on with Sharad Patel there. It was Sharad who had given contract to kill all the three shooters including Vaibhav for Rs 19 lakh.
On Saturday, the Dhanbad police sent nine members of the Aman gang, including Vaibhav Yadav and Dinesh Gaur, to jail. SSP Sanjeev Kumar made many sensational revelations related to the gang in front of the journalists. The SSP said that apart from the four contract killers, Saloni Kumari alias Sanu Singh of Bokaro Sector 9, the alleged girlfriend of Aman Singh and the bookkeeper of the gang, and three people who sheltered Reiki and gang members have been arrested and sent to jail.
The arrested shooters and disciples have given the names of other gang members. Several teams are continuously conducting raids in UP, Bihar including Dhanbad, Bokaro to nab other members who helped the gang. Two pistols, 15 bullets, two bikes, Rs 1.25 lakh and nine mobiles were seized from the accused.
